Small Group Training Classes are designed for all fitness levels to help burn fat, tone muscles, core strength and flexibility. Classes are set up as a circuit or boot camp style and are always high intensity interval training. Classes are held indoors during the hotter or cooler months and occasionally outside. Each class is 45 minutes.
Monday mornings at 9:30am and Thursday evenings at 6:15pm.
