Starting at your own pace, beginner and intermediate levels meet 2-3 times a week, combining walking and jogging while building cardiovascular strength and endurance. On occasion, we will sign up as a group do to a 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathon.
PSF Cycling Club for beginners meets every Thursday 6:30pm, Friday 9:30am, and Sunday 9:00am. Rides take place on the scenic, paved Neuse River Trail (part of the Raleigh Greenway system). Use your road bike, hybrid, or mountain bike. Pace, distance, & times vary.
