Ready to tri something new? Or maybe you have completed a Sprint or Olympic distance Triathlon and now want to do an Ironman triathlon distance (70.3 miles or 140.6 miles). Paula can help get you there! Swim, bike, run coaching available for beginners to intermediate levels.  A triathlon plan is designed and training workouts are put into place for a 16-20 week triathlon training program.  Swim drills are given to help you become a more efficient swimmer and improve your technique.  A proper bike fitting assessment is necessary to prevent injuries and give you the best positioning on your bike for you to get the most power.  Run drills and speed work are a big part of the program, too.  Nutrition & transition set up will also be covered to help you cross that finish line.
